Refund policy

We take great care in crafting and packaging every product that leaves our studio. Each order is prepared by hand, and we do our best to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If you find that a product from Between Scents isn’t quite right for you, we’d be happy to assist with an exchange or refund in line with our returns policy.

As our fragrances are personal and cannot be resold once opened, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind or personal preference. We encourage you to explore our sample sets before committing to a full-sized bottle.

 

Returns Period

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your parcel at betweescentssg@gmail.com or by filling out the Contact Us form with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund upon receiving the returned product and proof of purchase, provided the item was purchased within the last 30 days.

 

Proof of Purchase and Refunds

Proof of purchase can take the form of a receipt or bank statement. Please note that we are unable to issue a refund without valid proof of purchase.

 

How to Make a Return

For products purchased through our website, you may initiate a return by contacting us at betweescentssg@gmail.com or by filling out the Contact Us form.

Once we’ve received your return request, we’ll provide detailed instructions via email, along with a return waybill label for sending the product(s) back to us. Once your request is approved, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

Exchanges

Products may be exchanged for any items up to the purchase value of the returned products. Any difference in value beyond the returned products must be paid by the customer.

To exchange products purchased from our online store, please follow the return process outlined above and complete the purchase of your replacement items online.
