Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to change their shipping address once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your parcel betweenscentssg@gmail.com or by filling out the Contact Us form with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund upon receiving the returned product and proof of purchase, provided the item was purchased within the last 30 days.
